All of the social problems you complain about under the title "degeneracy" are the consequences of the West abandoning the Christian moral and social order. Popes have identified and analysed the problems of Jewry, Paganism, Freemasonry, National Socialism, Communism, Liberalism, etc, in great detail.
Protestantism doesn't work. It fractured into thousands of pieces, and then it birthed liberalism. Eastern Orthodoxy has sound principles, but it is rudderless and paralyzed by the political circumstances of Turkey and Russia. It cannot be Catholic in every sense.
All the intellectual and spiritual principles we need to revitalize Western civilisation have been elucidated in the canons, bulls, encyclicals and allocutions of the Vatican. The only major challenge with Catholicism is clearing out the Lavender Mafia that infiltrated the Church and made it a mockery with their penchant for pederasty.

Don't confuse the organisation for the organism. Corrupt individuals infiltrated the Church and committed terrible crimes. The infiltrators must be identified and liquidated.
