Well historicaly everything can happen in a russian court. Details can be different, but in the end the russian state (if it were to follow its modus operandi) has to give them usual judical proceding. Only questions are techinical. Does the state want some, all or non members of the battalion perform a self critique ("I always was a nazi paid by the west, whose main goal was to oppress, torture and kill Russians both within and outside of my country"). The non version is fastest, but least cinematic and would only happen, if for what ever reason speed was of the essence.
I expect 1881 or 1896 style military courts. With replacment for the death penality with hard labour camp or something similar. Plus maybe some dudes get traded(non ukrainians only IMO have a chance for that).

Well the fun part about courts in russia(not russian specific) is that you get the sentance the state wants and not the sentance you want to get.
But I agree all in all. Life as azov "nazi" in russian prison system is not going to be something one can class as "fun". I don't expect higher rates of returning people then those of germans in 1960s.
