in order for you to rise again not only you have to stop all immigration but also expel all immigrants within and even that is not enough, you need to force millenials and zoomers to have at least 4 kids just to reverse the increased median age crisis. You also need to push strict austerity towards any kind of welfare, which only include immigrants but also 60-90 year old pension munchers who also contribute nothing and be a burden.
