on that note, can i just say that the way American society has been brainwashed to trust medical science is abhorrent? my grandmother was seeing "floaters" or spots in her vision, didn't really bother her, she mentioned it to my dad who scheduled an optometrist appointment against her protests, then took her to the appointment against her will, they then found that she was experiencing mild macular degeneration (normal for a 90+ year old, not severe, in 2-3 years hypothetically her vision might be blurry at the edges), so they scheduled another appointment at a hospital 1.5 hrs away against her protests (again), took her there, injected a needle containing chemotherapy juice into her eye socket, and now she is in pain and sick at home. my dad gloated about doing this to his own mother, that "she'll get through it" and that it was for her own good.
