Rope yourself, troon.

He's bringing up the unconstitutionality of who controls spending. Very nice.

So he's saying he wanted to speak out, but he couldn't?

Who controls spending over there?

Yes, and he did as the Chancellor of the Exchequer, although I haven't read the story, I just wanted to bump the thread.

Stella! Remember that Tucker is on right now! Do not come to /tcg/ or we will be ball posting!

Totally forgot that thread existed, its more poring than ptg. lol

I presume someone will have to make a legal challenge regarding this debt thing and then take it through the courts, or can the supreme court just rule on it?

when are you going to lose some weight?

Someone can file an emergency injunction, depending on the court it can be stopped or not. Ultimately going up to the supreme court to decide if its constitutional, but that could take a while. So, the potential damage could is uncertain. Right now. He did a story about how they're trying to change the language again.

When are you going to be original?

Yeah, the MAP thing is creepy, you can see where they're going with it.

just saying, chubby.

Stella is one of those
And he's black

He's asexual and Hispanic.

Illegal immigrants to undocumented migrants
Free college to cancelled debt
Pedo to minor attracted person
Foreign conflict to defending democracy
Recession to slowing growth

It never ends. Do you have any interesting language changes over there?

Pretty much the same things. Referring to things as "our" like our NHS is an odd one, I would expect the socialists to do it, but the Tories do it as well.

Well you need to ask how popular the idea is for the language change. The immigration policy isn't popular here. How popular is the NHS over there?

It was seen as sacred, however it's been slowly killed by underfunding, partial privatisation and bad management for years, so I think the Tories calling it "our" is a ploy to pretend they actually care about it and don't want to fully privatise it.
Oh, there's BAME, I don't think you use that over there. Also, minority people are now accurately referred to as the global majority, I'm not sure where they're going with that.

Its backwards here. The must unpopular things get a softer rename and the popular things get a rougher rename. So, legal immigration system becomes xenophobia. Anything popular become a phobia. Parental consent for what a school is teaching children becomes homophobia, transphobia, etc...

Whats BAME again?
