According to Google results, intellegence is strictly a result of the environment. Which seems like complete crap to me (or suppression of results).
I've seen dozen of cases where parents with high intlegense have kids that are super sharp and parents with low intelgense have kids who are dumb.
Surely it's not just environmental factors.

Intelligence is a trait that is species unique, and it is a selection process - so therefore it is inherited. If it's not directly inherited (doubtful), then it plays a major role in shaping the environment of the offspring. For example, intelligent people have better conversations and better conversation skills, note: not words specifically, they are genuinely better at holding a conversation than their dumber counterparts. Humans are a social species; conversation is extremely vital to us. I pretty much consider it inhumane to breed the dumb people...

It depends on how much meritocracy vs nepotism is present in society. Obviously, one ethnic group os capable of supressing outcomes for another group if they dominate access to resources or control government. In that respect, intellogence alone is not enough to determine prosperity, since organization and monopoly of violence is also requored. However, a more intelligent group is more likely to achieve this in a diverse group scenario. This is also why diversity leads to conflict.

Both mental disorders and intelligence can be affected by early environment, but both remain primarily heritable. Certainly, if you torture an intelligent child long enough, the trauma will rewire the brain. Infants exposed to repeated pain, even if the head in not injured, wind up with different neurology. You can bash a child's head and induce brain damage, lowering IQ, but their genes still determine adult IQ potential. For example, if all babies were given brain injiries, you'd still see iq differences corresponding to race.
