The recent Battle Order video on US Army Modernization (i.e. focusing back on Divisions) would be pretty based and hopefully other NATO member Countries follows suit.

I agree, the US is far ahead of Russia on structuring, the Russian military basically has no NCO's either, their "NCO" is essentially better trained conscripts, as opposed to the western version of NCO where they are given a command position helping improve adaptability.

It's a valid strategy though, as long as Ukranians are willing to fight for their land, and they keep getting weapons in their hands Russia will never be able to make the war a profitable endeavor. You don't need to risk the possibility of nuclear war, or the backlash of your citizens when soldiers don't come home.
The willingness to defend ones homeland will far outweight the willingness of Russian soldiers to go die in some foreign land for a dictator who hates them.
