if you go to art uni or something, most likely you'll end up as graphic designer sooner or later, which is an amazing job ofc, but holy fck it's depressing, average bussinesman/corpo that commisions your work will most likely be a soul-drained globohomo-oriented jewish bussines that will order you to prepare some shitty minimalistic logo or presentation in alegra style.
You can also choose alternative path and become a furry artist.. which will drain your soul even more, but the money are also good.
Or you can go gigachad mode, fuck it all, live off the grid and become independent painter, selling canvases and their prints and occasionaly making an exhibition, it is super hard, it is a very low money job, but it is fullfiling and you feel free from all the globohomo art that is infecting todays culture.

Get a degree in classics.
Like learning ancient Greek/Latin and spending all your time reading and analyzing ancient Roman and Greek logic and arts. You will pick up math after and can easily do stem if you wanted because it's mainly logic and abstraction, both things classics will teach you, you will walk around talking like Christopher Hitchens with vast knowledge of everything, and your public speaking skills will be unparalled meaning if you go into any business you will be promoted fast by your strong presence alone.
