Most likely under complete control by some offshoot of a transhumanist authoritarian pornographic oligrachy and/or terroristic alliance. There main tennants will consist of neo-nihilism, voodoo antihumanism, synthetic feminization, rhizomatics, connectionism, Kuang contagion, viral amnesia, micro-insurgency, wintermutation, neotropy, dissipator proliferation, and lesbian vampirism, amongst other designations.

Meth. Not even once

At some point, a significant portion of the population, having the technological means for absolute self-sufficiency, will renounce the existence of nations and forms of authority and form 'utopian' communities.

Some kind of dystopia hell world.

I've never touch N-methylamphetamine in my life (or previous lives). It gives the user a what they think are memetic schizo powers but are really a decay of neurological cells forcing your brain into a lower level of cognition (think battery saver mode). Symptoms include: cognitive dissonance, outbursts of grandeur, and microspasms.

In the year 2525, if man is still alive
If woman can survive, they may find
In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lie
Everything you think, do and say
Is in the pill you took today
In the year 4545
You ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you
In the year 5555
Your arms hangin' limp at your sides
Your legs got nothin' to do
Some machine's doin' that for you
In the year 6565
You won't need no husband, won't need no wife
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too
From the bottom of a long glass tube
In the year 7510
If God's a coming, He oughta make it by then
Maybe He'll look around Himself and say
Guess it's time for the judgment day
In the year 8510
God is gonna shake His mighty head
He'll either say I'm pleased where man has been
Or tear it down, and start again
In the year 9595
I'm kinda wonderin' if man is gonna be alive
He's taken everything this old earth can give
And he ain't put back nothing
Now it's been ten thousand years
Man has cried a billion tears
For what, he never knew, now man's reign is through
But through eternal night, the twinkling of starlight
So very far away, maybe it's only yesterday

They will have evolved to possess both male and female genitals but will still chop them both off

Empire.

Like 100,000 or so super elite humans in a techno utopia who are the descendants of the elites today.

Can I get a source for the webm in the OP?

Anyway, manned space travel will likely be impossible.

Technology probably won't progress to the point of a singularity, due to limits on computing power as well as difficulties in brain-body interfaces.

All peoples of the Earth at peace and combining efforts to make a really big sandwich. Also a war between AI enhanced cyberniggers and humans

5,000 years from now is as far removed from today as we are from the foundations of civilization. There is absolutely no way we can give a reasonable estimation of where humanity will be in such a time without wild approximations. If I am being honest, I am not altogether optimistic of mankind's future. I believe that within 5,000 years mankind will be no more, either literally due to global catastrophe be it natural or man-made, or in all but name due to technological innovation obviating the need for innately human behaviors. The greatest possible way in which humanity can survive is by humanity escaping the grasp of technocracy through the incomprehensible vastness of space. In a future where mankind's existence is dictated by the whims of some incredibly advanced technology, the only way to seek freedom is through the natural barriers of physicality, that being the speed limit of light itself. If there is ever such a day when we conquer the ability to cross the vastness of space instantaneously, you can rest assured that there lies the final death of humanity.

Dead from equity and diversity.

At the rate this farce has been going lately (last 100 years), long dead.

Extinct. No way the nukes aren't eventually dropped. They'll probably be dropped soon by boomers angry that their lives are finally running out, actually. Barring this, I'm sure chinks will get us all killed when they try to pull an asteroid near to Earth for mining.

We better hope either of these happen though otherwise the future is just going to be a totalitarian onions state thanks to big tech making it impossible for anyone to hide or organize against people in power. I have less than zero hope for the future. I imagine we eventually just end up like the people in Equilibrium once all thought is banned and every aspect of your life is tightly controlled by algorithms and bureaucrats.
