this is rational advice. but i doubt OP is currently in a rational state. i believe he and many other young men lack accountability, mainly due to a stagnation in their social life. he should ask for advice more often to engage with actual people, but to avoid getting banned, respond to existing threads or visit other boards more suited to cater to his current needs.
