I brought up my faith in Christ to my friend a few months ago. He mocked the idea of God, mocked my personal testimony and supernatural experiences with Christ, and I just calmly told him positive stories about Jesus, about how Jesus went around embarrassing false prophets and flipping over the tables of greedy people posted up at churches. Along with telling him how reciting some of the psalms out loud with conviction feels as if you're invoking holy protection spells.

Tonight months after that conversation his belief has shifted to "Well I just talk directly to God and I don't need to talk to Christ. Can't prove Jesus is real" but has totally forgotten his previous thoughts about how God was stupid.

Within the year, this man is going to be a believer and will be fully conscious of the power of the Holy Spirit.
