In both old and new testament, gentiles are said to be inheritors of Abraham's blessing and equality in terms of rank. The Jews have a place, and the church an equal but different place. Both serve God but have different purposes to fulfill. This claim Jesus didn't die for all is refuted in every single book of scripture
