Putting aside all the silly Khazar talk, it really is simple, the Russians didn't simp for Jews, and Jews hold ridiculously long grudges. The Anglos and Austrians for instance tolerated Jews to a OK degree. You don't see Jews bitching about Anglos post Cromwell or the Habsbergs.
Russia meanwhile ate another country that was tolerable to Jews (Poland-Lithuania), and treated them with general disdain. There were riotous pogroms that killed Jews, Jews weren't allowed to rip off Slav peasants as much, the Russians snubbed them in the academy, the Russians didn't let them be the business class, etc. So the Jews that fled, fled seething.
And where did they wind up? America, Canuckistan, and to a lesser degree Britain. Where their descendants still seethe at the fact their ancestors had to actually work the land a little and had Cossacks set upon them. It's not unlike the seething they have for Rome, Catholics, WASP Americans, Poles, Germans etc.
