It's got root and a von tunnel on android, sees ir while your other cameras don't so it's night vision, it doesn't have y fuck with rights, cameras typically are only usable by one app at a time

Negative, this is in phones without that faces an shit and it doesn't put out little dots, it makes one big flashy circle, like a flashlight with a 70ish degree projection flashing at I don't even know what. Hard to tell using a camera, need proper tests ran to tell you frequency

You are thinking of wavelength, I've never seen that stuff published for any phone but it would be ideal to have those specs.
Mine seems to flash like a strobe light but it might just be my cameras refresh rate not playing nice with pwm of the ir emmitter.
It's pretty bright, probably fucking up your eyes lens over time like a heater across the room will lead to cataracts

Camera sensors have different sensitivity at different wavelength, that's why 780nm lights seem to work better than 970nm, cameras arnt sensitive on above 900nm, doesn't mean 980nm won't wreck your shit if it's bright enough even if the camera can't see it.
