They're not going to. They told me in an email a year ago that they were going to update their policy to "up to date" vaccines given that the shot "wears" off after seven months. That was the goal of this, and the will continue until either people stop paying for it or there's a huge backlash internally.
Given there's no backlash and no one citing the existing lawsuits or damages caused by these vaccines or the recent Thailand study, they will just continue and ignore anyone who raises any fuss at all because they assume you won't do anything.

I got a weird call on my work phone, it was pre-recorded and said:
>Health Canada has a message for you.
It then repeated in Chinese. This English/Chinese recording repeated three times then the call ended with no actual message being relayed.
