You take out interest free loans and buy value retaining non-perishable goods such as cigarettes, coffee, alcohol, sugar, honey, etc. As inflation drives up the prices of said goods, you sell them at below market prices, pay off you outstanding loans and earn a tidy profit you can reinvest in more goods, more loans, more profit.

With daily price hikes it makes sense. Even if you don't pay back and get taken to court it's unlikely that terms and conditions of these cards will include an inflation clause. You stock $1000 worth of goods, refuse loan repayment for as long as possible you'll make more money through inflatory price hikes than whatever the amount of loan+interest+potential punitive payment might be. One of the reasons why ex-Yugoslavia fell apart was because people did this en masse. What's more, in worst case scenario, the economy falls apart and you're left with tons of high value, long shelf life goods you can sell at predatory prices.

thats the thing, to use the card you have to make weekly payments of 10 pounds. The upper limit of what you can loan in 100 pounds and even if they allow you to accrue the debt for a long ass time, the scheme is only interest free for as long as the super market is sponsoring it, the monthly interest rate on the card is around 3.5% which translates to a compound interest rate of over 40% every year.
