I went to a large public school system with many advanced class and extracurriculars offered. It was over 95% white. In the scant 15 years since I have left, it is probably down to 90% white. If I could find another public school system like that, I'd send them there.

Public with private tutors. I want them to experience reality, to have real friends, real social connections, to learn how to deal with gypsies, annoying assholes, incompetent people and so on. Not being a sheltered, emotionally and socially vulnerable reject is worth more than any education, and if you do the raising and tutoring right yourself then you will have curious, motivated, eager to learn kids anyway.
You will also want to avoid over-educating them, otherwise they will coast through primary and secondary education being bored delinquents then university will blow a steaming load on their face because they have no idea how to actually study for something.
They also need to do plenty of kid stuff, playing, socializing, drawing, sports etc. so they will have well-rounded personalities instead of those little shit poindexters who got into uni before they were 14. Have you ever heard ANY of those precocious geniuses ever amounting to anything? Just go play football or legos or read some books or something, you can lay off the quantum physics as a kid.
Also, this is also the reason I dont mind super much my older sons sometimes skipping school when they think I don't notice them or staying out late to hang out with their friends and dating girls. A lad must be willing to always slightly transgress rules

I was once watching TV with my based dad, we were watching a report on a thriving German private school. They interviewed the school director and this woman told them that their number of pupils rose something like 70% but she regrets that their school isn't very diverse, but almost only German kids.
My dad yelled before I could even say something: "That's why they were sent to your private school, you idiot!"
