Why do you guys call the ruling class "elites"?

Because its a broad adjective. If I say the "ruling class" it implies I'm talking about the rich who are indeed part of the elites but I might also be talking about their tools, the bureaucrats, the intelligentsia, the media, or the intelligence agency spooks. These people aren't necessarily rich and they aren't in a position to directly rule anyone but they serve the ruling class and are given the prestige of being an "elite" by their masters.

I'd call them kikes, but they're not all that. They're old pirate families and kikes.

Which is why the term "managerial elite" should be used instead we are ruled over by king bean counters and their academia allies
