(3/2 what the fuck)
nless an exterior state exists which is similarly concentrated in power and scope and possesses the organized capability of military overcoming the first state, that is. But then again, even when the first state is partitioned or subsumed, there is still a state because people trend towards organization. I should specify, certain races tend towards organization at different levels, but even the negroes, typically unorganized specimens, had kingdoms.
A similar point could be made about factories. "Well surely no one will stand for being made to fit machine parts onto other machine parts for 8 hours a day 7 days a week!" you might say, and you might be right.
But factories, as terrible as they are, exist and persist, because what happens is when you open Pandora's box, everyone opens Pandora's box, and then if you refuse to use the evil that comes out, you will be subsumed in the torrential wave that is to follow.
I detest factories; I think the labor there is rather dehumanizing and ill befits Aryan man's natural inclination towards open skies and open fields. But if we refused to use factories, then the only production we would have for weapons of war and other similarly politically important things would be smaller and less efficient.
We do things that harm our nature for reasons of power, but there is a tolerable line there. People might hate being under the thumb of some supreme authority they perceive as unjust and unfair, but depending on the situation, they would rather detest being partitioned by their neighboring kingdom, and so they belong as part of the group which suits their interests tolerably.
And I do mean suits their interests, because every people has an innate destiny, which the state should be there to carry out with gusto.
