A rundown in other words: New CEO of CNN realised how shitty the network has become and that they basically relied on Trump entirely to generate ratings, and without him, they have nothing, except for some spurious, albeit sometimes big, story about him.
The new CEO of CNN wants to overhaul the company, and says these changes may upset some peopl, which basically means "things are gonna change around here and if you do't like it then get used to it, or get out."
I'm hopeful that some good change comes from this. Maybe they can start setting an example by being more authentic and honest.
Somewhat off topic: It says a lot about them that one of the only reasons that they're alive is because airports and hotels just leave them on 24/7.
