Most Europeans did not have slaves, like less than one percent did, and most European Americans were actually detrimental by African slavery. Plus there were also Irish slaves, generally treated worse and cheaper to procure. At most the people who most enabled the system of trans-Atlantic and worldwide slave trade should be tracked down geneologicslly and pay into some kind of fund, but even that is retarded and most of them would be Jewish or Muslim.
If anything, Blacks should just get their own semi-autonomous country proportionate to their population, and their own sovereignty and separate destiny, for both of our species sakes. That's as far as it should go.

This is true. They were enslaved usually by other SS Africans and sold to Muslim or Jewish slaver traders. If they went to the Muslims, the males were castrated, and any children of the females were not accepted as part of their population but were still slaves. Hence not having large SS African/Arabs populations like Americans and Outh Americans have Blacks.
Europeans generally treated them better, and before the admixture with Europeans brought about through this slavery, their IQ was the same as that of other SS Africans. They gained nearly 20 points on average from this, from 65 to 85. In the long term this at least was advantageous to them.
