Original antigenic sin is in fact a medical term, but when talking to normies I use the other medical term "immune memory." I also stress that original antigenic sin isn't necessarily a bad thing; some kids are lucky enough to be exposed to a strain of inlufenza that ends up giving them better protection from future outbreaks than others, and it lasts a lifetime.
