THIS IS A CONSPIRACY THEORY ACCORDING TO THE RUSSIAN STATE DEPARTMENT (FSB)
The event was carried out by FSB. Likely Dugin is FSB, likely Daria didn't even die and might be hiding under protection with a changed ID and/or is dead now. Hence Dugin's fake exaggerated reaction yet nonchalant attitude since. There are only 2 possibilities. One is that there's a GRU-FSB war going on in Russia right now. The Russian security state (Putin, Patrushev etc. i.e. ex-KGB proper) are with the GRU (current KGB) while FSB (faux-ex-KGB) holds considerable sway and might be the ones actually pulling all the strings.
My immediate hypothesis of FSB's plan: >Putin first got played by the FSB with improper intelligence leading to a scuffed invasion, and now FSB wants to complete killing off the Security State, Russia will "democratize" decolonize etc. etc. all under the blue-white-blue flag, and it will all be orchestrated by FSB while GRU will be dissolved. Such a Russia would be terrible for the national interest of Poland and Ukraine. Here's the thing: GRU wasn't ex-KGB. FSB was (supposed to be) ex-KGB. GRU was supposed to be just a kosher military wing of Russian intelligence. What is TRULY ex-KGB is the Security State (Putin, Patrushev et al., hereafter referred to just as "Putin"). But now the GRU is the right-hand of Putin since after Week 1 of the invasion. It's when Putin realized he's in the dictator's trap and the FSB was leading him astray, and he was paranoid and didn't know whether FSB was loyal just dumb, or actually malicious. Perhaps, in fact, Putin went through with the invasion nevertheless because, perhaps, he had suspected FSB to be secretly acting against him all along, and just wanted to check his suspicions.
So Dugina was just a crisis actor and the event a message: FSB will commit terrorism against the Security State under this guise, all the while shifting all the blame to Ukrainians/Western agencies.
BLESSED TRIPS FSB had a prepared fall guy they managed to "identify" within barely 36 hours of the event, with the entire narrative to go along with it.
The other possibility, which is more far-out, is that: >There's no GRU-FSB (officially: Security state-"NRA") war >FSB is controlled opposition >A pretense of such a war is just 4d chess >GRU and FSB are in it together under Putin >This fake war's purpose is to establish martial law conditions in Russia without establishing unwanted mobilization So as I said, the Atlantist-FSB theory is just 1 out of only 2 possible scenarios. The other scenario is that FSB is controlled opposition and it's all 4d chess and a sham, whose goal is to lay ground for martial law conditions in Russia (think closed borders, perhaps even cheburnet) without having to mobilize.
Either the proverbial Patrushev, or average Russians, have a lot to be scared about now :) Currently Western glowies believe Scenario 1 to be true.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov showed how 472 UAVs launched simultaneously from the army of drones look like.
