This. Most cheap drones have a GPI available for "headlites" and it's really easy to turn that into a "deployment mechanism."

Do they also jam GPS? IMU guidance should still work and then you can combine it with image recognition to find targets.

You can't fit a missile and launcher in your pocket. You need to split the big honking launcher / guidance system / missiles between at least a 3 man crew. You could have one of these precision autonomous flying grenade things and the tablet in your backpack.
