It looks like an ant colony. Go buy one of those ant colony starters and watch it grow. Watch the little worker drones be born, work, forage for food, dig, haul out the dead, and then die themselves. Watch them do this day in and day out. Watch their society flourish. There is no conflict in the ant society. They all work for the betterment of the colony as a whole. Now ask yourself "do I want to be one of those ants?"
