You can actually get too much of certain nutrients from certain bugs. This is gonna sound retarded by crickets are probably the only thing worth while to munch on. I mean from a study I read they said small portions of certain bugs could help deficit people and crickets are good sources of protein for the size but the problem I think is the lack of fats in these animals.
