The truth is nobody knows what the nature of these addresses are, just that the naming schemes and placements are bizarre and stars on the building may have to do something with it (although there's quite a few without them, so it may be a specification within these sets of addresses). Also for all anons in the thread focus on the fact that most of these addresses are ranges not a single address. Google maps will pin the address the middle of this range, so also pay attention to the houses nearby within the range of the actual addresses.

That these places are almost all off the beaten track makes me think these are drop-off/pick-up locations rather then spots where anything is held for a prolonged period. Kind of like how abandoned mailboxes are used. Just a thought.
