yes. It's not a one-and-done game anymore. each disease theyre shooting you for takes 3-6 rounds to get the "full dick" of protection. this takes multiple visits, 4-6 shots per visit. I used to wear soccer shin guards to the doctors and throw massive fits. One time i jerked my arm and bent the needle. I still have a deep seeded hatred and mistrust of doctors from the deep subconscious trauma. shit's absolutely fucked.
