In my opinion, I believe the ruling elite will stay out of rigging House races in the upcoming November midterms and focus on rigging Senate races in specific areas to maintain a slight majority there - essentially making it so we have another two years of nothing happening and globohomo trying to ingrain itself deeper and deeper. This is now evident based off of predictive programming the media is now using out of the blue saying the Dems have "gained ground" in midterms despite the growing evidence they're absolutely fucked.
I think it could go another way as well, and that's the ruling elite underestimating the voter turnout of Republicans like back in 2016. Many states have enacted voter ID security laws and removed the drop off locations for unobserved ballot drop off + stopped ballot harvesting in places like Georgia.
