do police keep a file on their computer about a person, besides just their prior arrests? i ask this because ive noticed that the few times ive had police run ins the last few years, around a bunch of drug users (some that got busted), running a red light (didnt cause any accident, noone else was on the road), and have been seen by police around some less than great people.
everytime it comes time for them to run my info, every cop has come back and went from their accusational/annoyed attituded to smiling and just letting me go. i havent been in a ton of trouble but its been noticeable that ive been treated much better than most of the people ive been around, including them getting arrested in front of me and just telling me to go ahead and be on my way.
