Man commits murder after liberal judge frees him and asked him not to commit any more crimes

>Distressing footage showed a disabled 66 year-old being beaten to death with a metal pole in Seattle - allegedly by a serial criminal cops say had been freed by a local judge on a separate felony charge just eight days earlier.
>Aaron Fulk, 48, is said to be the man caught on surveillance footage as he bludgeoned 66-year-old Rodney Peterman with the makeshift weapon in the Washington city's notoriously crime-ridden downtown.
>Prosecutors say Fulk kept on beating Peterman even after the victim fell unconscious during the August 2 attack. It fractured the skull of Peterman - who had mobility issues and used a walker - who was struck at least three times in the back of the head and on the temple.
>Although bystanders performed CPR on Peterman, he never regained consciousness and died in hospital four days later.
>Fulk was arrested as he attempted to walk away from the scene of the crime. It's unclear if he knew his victim before the attack, and what his motive was.
>But he might not have been out on the streets at all were it not for the actions of Pierce County Superior Court Judge Philip Thornton.
>Thornton had come across Pierce days earlier, and decided to release him without bail on felony harassment charges after he allegedly threatened to kill a local city worker.
>Thornton released Fulk on his own recognizance, and asked him not to commit any more crime.
>The serial criminal's subsequent behavior has sparked fury over Thornton's decision to ignore prosecutors' request for $10,000 bail, and is being viewed as symbolic of Seattle's apparent unwillingness to crack down on serious crime.

Put the judge in prison for accomplice to manslaughter, this would straighten out quick.

Judge's fault 100%, you don't let a dangerous animal loose in public then act surprised when it harms someone. Disbar the cunt and lock him up, that man's death is on the judge's hands.

Of course the dangerous animal which did the attack should be destroyed.

God I hope our country can begin doing this again

Better plan would be to stop shielding judges from civil liability in these cases. The judge is clearly at fault at least partially for this wrongful death.

Damn, the judge unleashed the Great Boomer Remover

A jury probably agreed to let him walk free? How did the trial work? Can a judge decide to not sentence him even if jury said he’s guilty?

Of course the judge has the final say, they don't HAVE to decide what the jury declares.

remain peaceful goyim and always do what our jurisprudents tell you to do

You have the option to be tried by a jurry of your peers but sometimes you can just have the judge do it instead

>Aaron
Kike

When will crooked judges and crooked lawyers vanish?
Why are they free todo whatever they want?

Fucking demons

Judges have no legal obligation to listen to juries.
In reality jury is really just there to make it seem like the judge didn't have a say.

Judges can flat out refuse a ruling from a jury if the evidence is too damning or vice versa if the evidence is so lacking. It's fucked big time.

Judges need to be held criminally liable for their actions. That's the problem.
Judges have almost complete protection from all sources.

this needs to be handled before some crazy motherfuckers decide it's open season on liberal judges. Lord help us, we need our judges to be safe, super super safe.

The trial hadn't started yet, the judge decided not to set bail.

Seriously.

They're more dangerous than the murderers that they release.

why was he arrested?
show compassion and give him a warning, I'm sure he learned his lesson

Correct
There are many similar cases here. The legal (((profession))) is a sewer of Tribal members and liberal homos
We need a solution

>crack down
That's a political phrase meant to stir emotions. Why don't they write "appropriate punishment" or "less lenient policies?"
Because then the debate would shift to something more meaningful, more accurate to the reality of the situation, and then people would realize what is going on: that judges are flooding the streets with violent criminals across the country, so that the average American remains in a state of constant fear, and can have no community or public peace.

Unless a criminal is motivated by their pending trial to hurt and injury people why should the state be allowed to hold people for months or years before a trial? Only allowing those wealthy enough to put up money which nearly by definition they wouldn't care about losing be free before the trial?

If the government can't get it's act together to have a trial within a month they shouldn't be allowed to hold people while they fuck around doing nothing for months on end because the courts are too busy. Every person found not guilty that was held before or during a trail should get the daily wage of the highest paid government employee for the duration of their detention. Such a detention should be the most permissive and easy detention possible little more than a way to ensure someone stays in custody and can't harm others; effectively a luxury vacation you can't leave.

The real reason they passed the federal anti-lynching bill was because last time this happened in the US, the cities/towns took the law into their own hands and started lynching people. Remove the chance of the community (jury) okaying it.
