I can only comment on the news that an enemy drone strike was repeatedly flown into the roof of the Fleet Headquarters today and could not shoot it down with sustained barrage fire from small arms, as follows 1. the security of the Fleet Headquarters is run by morons; 2. Idiots sit at Fleet Headquarters; 3. Because NOT idiots would have taken adequate measures after the first time. That is - they would replace morons in security of the staff and quickly constructed something from improvised means. At least as on the picture below (pic rel): The below product (or several ones - to protect the HQ from different directions) is more than enough to defeat the low flying unarmed drone. Well, except to train the sailors who will be put behind this unit at least a little bit more. And occasionally check that they are not asleep.

1. Ukrainians did it - self evident 2. Russian dissidents did it - kinda makes sense, she was probably the easiest target they could get to 3. CIA/MI6/whatever did it - kinda doesn't make sense. In the end Dugin is a nobody in diplomatic circles. Maybe as a message to Putin, but I'm not buying it. Kadyrov or someone close to him would make for better targets and would stir more trouble in Kremlin 4. Putin did it - any reason to believe this? 5.
