personally i am a meat enjoyer but i do enjoy rice at times; especially with tuna. but when and why did us humans begin eating these tiny things? is rice jewed? i dont understand how asians eat more rice than meat. shouldnt meat be the staple main dish and rice just a top up?

Modern people take refrigeration and freezing for granted but until the last 100 years, storing food was one of the biggest problem humans faced.
