I'm turning 27 this year so I barely make the cut for being a millennial. As I near my 30s I've realized that I'm dumb, weak, lazy, unattractive, uncharismatic, and poor. What's even worse is that I've realized that I am average for my generation. I can't help but think of all of the millennials who are older than me and were not able to get their shit together as they transitioned to adulthood. If large sections of the population end up being a part of a lost decade, what's their future going to look like? At least the boomers had real estate to fall back on. People like me will face all of the demographic issues the elderly face with retirement, but with even less money.
