I dont think this tweet means what you think it means

Trump broke into my house and shat into my toilet. I have evidence.

>Tribe
Really "on the nose" there.

Protentional crimes is another way of saying they got nothing but will continue to gaslight the public.

Aren't all of those "crimes" covered under executive privilege?

At this point they just throw shit on the wall and hope something stick.

I'm just surprised they didnt throw in a speeding ticket.

>it's a crime to possess unclassified documents
LOL imagine believing the Constitution allows any such thing. To the extent any federal law criminalizes the possession of non-classified government documents, the law is patently unconstitutional.

Flush the toilet already, you Germans and your scat fetish.

wait isn't this exactly what hillary was accused of (and found to be guilty of) when they swept it under the rug?

bitch had literal fucking servers in her house with minimal security that were hacked.

fpbp

hillary destroyed documents under subpoena
like with a cloth

>oy vey goy!
>by asserting your rights you obstructed our effort to illegally fuck you over
>that's a crime in and of itself

what does it mean?

>Aren't all of those "crimes" covered under executive privilege?
No, but they're all notoriously difficult to prosecute because they require proof of intent. If it wasn't Trump we were talking about, but some random joe, they wouldn't have even been able to get a search warrant.

We do not yet know enough to say whether executive privilege would be a defense to anything Trump might be accused of. It's entirely possible it would be. There are also other privileges that might come into play.
