Sadly no, the site used to get real and proper OC, now it's pretty much copypasted wojaks and frogs, not even well done like you can often clearly see they just used a square cut in paint and copypasted it and didn't even bother fine tuning it a little.

There's a good example of it using an old OC image that made fun of the xbox kinect and how it would look if made today.

Given the S-400 have been proven to be a joke, what can stop the HIMARS, more than the bridge being study enough to actually tank attacks?

It'd be a challenge, some of the old school SAM's like they used in the 60's with a massive warhead that blows up a huge area of sky might be ok if you can-

They are very expensive things though, I'd imagine some of the late model patriot and iron dome would do ok, as would maybe something like the latest C-RAM.for when "we're fucked and we know it" kind of last line of defence. Wouldn't bet too much on a C-RAM.though when it comes to shooting down a very large rocket, you might still hit it, but just end up having rocket and warhead bits on you anyway.
Where the AA systems always shit the bed though is just how good is the radar, how quick is the operator prosecuting this stuff and how many targets they've got to intercept with a limited amount of shit you can hurl into the sky. So they could well just be overwhelmed with contacts and then its a case of letting jesus take the wheel and hoping.

Bridges are fucked things to repair as well, they're full of pre-stressed concrete, lots of suspension elements, cables and its all ok to maintain that with paint, bit of rust removal and so on, but you get a big fucking hole into a support girder or enough cables get snapped. You're in some real pretty shit before you know it
