Back Pain

Boys, I fucked up my back to the point where I can barely work. I am in my early 20’s don’t have insurance and have spent hundreds on a chiropractor to no avail. Should I pan handle or just end it? (This is political jannies due to health care and implications of panhandling)

did you get an xray/mri or anything like that to show if you have fused vertebrae or anything like that? try your best to hunt down a job that has insurance even if it's wagie tier.

try the keto diet and cut back on processed foods, this greatly reduces inflammation. Avoid seed oils, concentrated proteins (whey, etc), nd s0i. doing this wont fix the root cause of the problem but it can help it like 70% or more.

I’d have to get an mri to prove it which is like $1000 even then I’d imagine it’s hard because I’m a straight, physically fit, white male.

apply for jobs that don't require moving too much
