Jewish nepotism. Jews are allowed an in group preference, and constantly hire each other and promote each other because they are members of the "tribe." White people have been taught by the Jewish controlled media and academia that it is immoral and illegal for them to look out for other whites.
This is incorrect. Jews without whites would probably be fine, but they haven't lived without servants for so long, it's hard to say. Even Israel needs a lot of US help.
