How difficult is it for a degree less Webdev to find a job outside Germany?
I am learning react now and so far I am having no issues, but I haven't build something more comes than a CV builder Atm and have yet to rewrite my Todo app in that framework.
I don't think I will have the heart to know that I still have to look for a second job or a part time job to pay for my lifestyle here, which is already really low.

The people at the meetups are usually IT guys that look fairly normal, i.e., neither incels nor cosplayers and also no furries. Just be aware of the nasty Australians. Don't talk to those.
There is a meetup every afternoon shortly before the Comiket closes, so it's usually 3 days. After that you do normal stuff, like going to clubs, restaurants, karaoke bars, brothels and so on.
