I have a theory. I think that the act of watching television programming, even seemingly innocent productions, had some kind of effect on the brain that makes a person more susceptible to propaganda. Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon Prime Video, all these streaming services are psychological weapons. And I’m not talking about specific messaging hidden in things people watch per se, but something more broad. I think when you sit and watch scripted programming for hours, your brain is basically being trained to accept information as an endless stream. It breaks down the barriers that keep filth and degeneracy out of your mind, making you vulnerable to the actual propaganda. I believe this explains a lot of the NPC problem. Why do all of these people seem to accept even the most absurd lies coming from CNN and the Washington Post and the government? Like with the constant contradictions with the vaccine scam, the “fiery but mostly peaceful” Black Lies Matter riots, etc.
I think it is because their filtration system has been eroded by their constant viewing of entertainment media in the most passive way possible (sitting and just absorbing a TV show). I don’t think other mediums have the same effect. When you read a book, you have to perform mental labor to visualize the text, you have to turn the pages, you have to really use your eyes. When you play a video game, you’re physically interacting with an object, you’re either problem solving or exercising reflexes and hand-eye coordination, or all three.
I believe you will find an almost direct coordination between people’s level of investment in the globohomo narrative and the amount of time they spend watching television (this of course only refers to Americans who are surrounded by Globohomo propaganda at all times, not a Peruvian Llama farmer)

It does. Its the spectrum of light. Blue light affects hormones and makes people more suggestible. I mean blue light is a part of a healthy spectrum but at night when it is your only source it creates an imbalance. It affects your sleep too, if you have rouble getting to sleep then wear some blue light blocking glasses a few hours before bed. should notice improvement immediately.

Agreed completely. It's the "idiot box", not the "idiot streaming services"

I don't have the info on hand but it's a proven fact that the frequency television runs at puts your brain in a dissociative state not too dissimilar from hypnosis Television programming was an apt name, so was news cycle because it's brain washing
Lucas Foster
Tl;Dr: Alpha waves. hypnotic state. you're onto something OP. read more, stop being a fafgot.

I think the opposite. Humans are developing stronger resistances to propaganda with every generation. Look at how lame the propaganda was in the 50s. That's why they need neuralink. At some point they will just need to hardwire right into your head.
Ian Wright
It’s because to be entertained, you have to turn off your logical filters. It’s too annoying to make judgments on everything one watches on TV if they are trying to be entertained. So people “give up” and just accept the programming, which can influence them to think whatever they are watching is “normal”
Liam Green
Duh, media theory, McLuhanian "medium is the message" stuffs.
We are shape by the culture we share.
Pretty basic stuffs.
Caleb Rodriguez
Kek I havent watched tv since I was about eighteen.
Bentley Murphy
that's quite a theory if only more people knew about the cybernetic bio-hacking neural-feedback flicker machines in the 60s: >youtube.com/watch?v=dnet6vhW9co
It’s true See any true tv addict, they’re worse than druggies
Eli Lewis
Cartoons as a medium cannot possible depict the countless minuta of human facial and body expression, so children imitate this and become socially deficient (‘autistic’). This has been happening since the 60s and can be completely nullified by simply removing all infantile ‘art forms’ from one’s life (ala vir romano) and talking to people organically, at church, from work, even on public transport.
op, nobody smart watches TV. This is as true as it was in 1952 as it is today in 2022.
Jose Cruz
I know people who aren't politic who became lefty morons after subjecting themselves to hours and hours of netflix a day. Its true.
Gavin Robinson
pic related goes into some detail how TV was long known to put people into a trance where they blindly accept whatever is coming into their eyeballs why do you think the US has long been the most consoomerist culture across the entire earth?
>I think that the act of watching television programming, even seemingly innocent productions, had some kind of effect on the brain that makes a person more susceptible to propaganda That's not a theory that is fact. The television has a hypnotic effect on the brain. They knew this in the 50's.
Why do they love migrants and want to change gender? Because cell towers, satellites, engineers, police, army...etc. aiming radiation into people's heads.
