There is no evidence to even back up the claims of "biologically pure race" it is a matter of feeling not of fact. Race is skin deep and nothing more. Blacks and whites are the same intelligence is similar in both. In New York City, a major city with a majority black population, the average iq is 98, meaning it is truly about upbringing countries in africa having less iq due to being underdeveloped leading to poor upbringing, as such africa is in need of colonization to bring up the iq.
