I am writing a piece on the the epidemic of loneliness in our society and its specific repercussions for young men. As most polacks know the boys are not alright and participation for young men in both the workforce and education have hit all time lows. When did you start feeling this way and how has it progressed over time? How many hours of your day are spent on the internet or playing video games? What is your diet and exercise routine like? Do you have a dream or goal that you would like to achieve? Do you think personal success or happiness are possible in your lifetime?

In short, the modern world.
The longer and more accurate answer would take an entire book to decently discuss. So I'll be brief and vague.
Industrial society and it's detrimental affects on community. The very layout of our towns/cities is against us. Truly an abomination.
Lack of roles in society. Humans are simply not made for big pseudo-communities. You can be at the bottom of the hierarchy, that's okay as long as you are in it. Society is too big and each person but a disposable cog. Peak conditions are a small town where everyone knows everyone's name.
Mating hierarchy fucked up. Probably by social media and over inflated egos. People have too much access to mates outside of their areas. Also people don't go for mates in their own legue. Over inflated ego make people look for people out of their legue. Or under inflated egos (lack of self worth) make people underestimate their worth
The death of tradition, religion and virtue (spoiler: they were important and there for a reason)
The violation of natural order.
I can go on and on but I'll just get blue balls not being able to thuroughly discuss these ideas so once again I'll sum it up.

I have a ba in education and am a middle school ss teacher. Pretty good gig but admin sucks ass.
I dont feel depressed and am doing much better than 5 years ago. Things started to get better over time with small steps toward self improvement along the way.
About 3 hours? A little more now that I'm on summer break.
I have a solid diet and have been improving it over time (having someone to keep you in check helps a lot). I work out 4 times a week, jog 4 times a week and occasionally do yoga and calesthenics.
Yes I have dreams and goals, I want to teach in a college setting some day.
And yes I think so but it may take some time. In the mean time I'll make small steps towards said goals.

So you have large numbers of men who don't know how to navigate the world society wants to make and have almost no way to learn how or incorporate themselves into it. MGTOW, incel stuff, rightwing "put women back into the kitchen", and more all stem from this situation. Real men aren't built for the modern world and no one in positions to do anything about it seem to care... and a lot of men know it.
Teaching men how to feel feelings in a healthy way and women to treat men as equals would solve most of these issues. That or throw feminism out entirely.
