Not that easy. Tesla biggest advantage is that they can deliver EV cars in large quantities. Infact several million sper year. Noone else can do that. They also make the most money per car, while other EV companies struggle with that.

Tesla and Musk's endeavors in general seem very much like they'd get overshadowed the moment they have legitimate competition. I give major auto makers another 5 years before they can effectively put Tesla out of the picture entirely. Musk forgets the government subsidizes all of them as well, and it doesn't serve the government's interests to have 1 relatively small company frantically trying to fill a market they intend to make near-mandatory for all auto owners.

Other car manufacturers were forced to buy carbon credits and sell them to Tesla basically giving them money or something like that, so blow they're rushing to get a line of electric vehicles
It's all government bullshit and not a real market.
Recharging away from your house sucks you're never sure the charge station is functional and available then it takes 40 minutes and costs like 10 cents a mile for electricity because superchargers are an upcharge

Tesla is fucking garbage. You're paying 50-80k for a clapped out POS with build quality on par with Saturn. The interior is cheap and basic, the service/ customer support is non existent, and they will need a 25k battery replacement after 5 years. Why the fuck would anyone buy this?

Tesla is trying too hard on being "cool" and "modern". The best example being their clown steering wheels like in F1 or fucking fullscreen netflix that immobilizes your car. Once traditional brands like audi/ford/toyota start pumping out EVs on mass scales Tesla will die. They did one good thing, they pushed idea of EVs very quickly into the market and it forced others to do the same.
