Tips/recommendations for booting up Minecraft

I haven't decided on anything yet, but recently I've been weighing up options and playing Minecraft is certainly one of them. I wouldn't know where to start though or how to maximise my impact. What would you suggest I do if I do end up deciding to boot up Minecraft? Who are good people to keep in mind?

Don’t. Playing Minecraft is a waste. It doesn’t accomplish anything. We need people who understand what’s going on to spread the message not to wasting their life on Minecraft.

Make sure to avoid bedrock edition fren, Java is dey wey.

It's a fun game, just don't play past 1.18.2 or (((they))) will ban you for using the wrong pronouns with their new censorship system. If you do, go use curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/no-chat-reports

also play java not bedrock because you are forced into the latest version on bedrock and is an overall worse version (also has censorship system)

Not worth it my guy. Thomas Sewell said something interesting the other day on his twitch stream. He said that when playing minecraft hunger games you can use and strategy and gear you want and still win, assuming enough players subscribe to your same strategy. The hard part is, of course, getting enough players to take the game seriously. Therefore, you shouldn't devote your time to pvping, but instead inviting more players to your server.

If you do, don't waste the experience on low value gaming hardware. You need high value gaming hardware to really make the most of it.

Consider whether you want to play solo or coop. It can make the experience very different. Sometimes a round of coop can produce better results, although the play sessions are typically longer.

This guy minecrafts. The more the merrier

You really, really don't want to play Minecraft alone. Playing alone and only killing random NPCs is gay. You need to play multiplayer, and only go after the strongest players, don't bother the innocent noobs. I'm basically saying don't bother, unless you have a lot, lot, lot of people to play with.

sir, this is a local wisconsin pond maintenance forum with a tightly knit community of northern midwestern small body of water enthusiasts.
What makes you think such talk is welcome here?

Anyone in this thread encouraging you to Minecraft is non-white, low IQ, a fed, or all of the above. You can’t be a martyr when you don’t control the narrative. You just become another tool to be used against your own people. Go get some help so that you aren’t suicidal and maybe you can actually make a positive impact on the world for yourself and your people.

play some single player to see if u like it. minecraft is basically 2 really good gimmicks (all blocks can be used + redstone) but otherwise plays like shit. like all the mechanics are trash including combat.
if you actually like it, play with others. minecraft is all about size and breadth, the world is basically too big and full of nothing for non multiplayer

Start by chopping some trees and turning the wooden blocks into a crafting bench. You can use the crafting bench to make all sorts of cool things. Don't forget to upgrade your pickaxe so you can start mining iron.

It's overrated, if you ask me. I'd rather play Dragon Quest Builders.

think global, act local

>no, don't actually craft anything
>you'll never beat the ender dragon unless you tell everyone about it, goy

Build your base away from spawn. Granted it’s not an ultimate solution but it could help. The issue is Griefers like xxx_FBI_xxx might not like your base being really far out of the spawn chunks.

But out there you can build up and mine. Even if there isn’t a pvp event your in a better situation. Idk may try RUScraft server? The lack of plugins might make it hard but you won’t deal with griefers the kind we have on west servers

Coop also runs the risk of someone reporting you to Mojang. Other players might also decide to grief you for no reason too

checked. you must only co-op with people you trsut.

Exactly. Probably a more fun experience if they're good at Minecraft too, but maybe you can luck out with bad players

Watch out, the golems don’t like if you kill the villagers. Anyways, don’t waste your gameplay on exterminating creepers and endermen, they will just respawn endlessly

This is the politics board, nigger

I usually just build small houses and castles with my kids. Creative mode is a great way to get started.

You need to gather a lot of sand and farm creepers for gunpowder. When you get enough, don’t set it off near a village. Go to the raid captain headquarters and set it off. If you collect the banner, you’ll encourage other players and villagers to take out their local raid captains.

Hey buddy, just make sure you concentrate using your resources on those that really need them, and don't waste them on silly things, like so many other saints have. good luck, really. i hope you get the high score!

If youre going to play minecraft, first make sure you know every block, every exploit and be good at pvp.
But most importantly - dont play alone.

Download a hack client and start killing people it's very funny to see them cry and say "iM reCordDinG"

I've been hacking for a while and never got banned from any server you just have to choose the right ones
