To be fair Russia has been talking about automating a lot of military equipment for a while now due to population decline. It makes sense especially with main battle tanks which are now just missile magnets on the battlefield which was kind of a big selling point on the Armata.
If you strap a kornet on a robot dog and it destroys a tank thats a pretty good return on investment, i will agree that it looks stupid though and is probably just propaganda.
