Most Vaxxie cope threads have various opinions regarding supplements for detoxing and nutrition… what is Any Forums‘s stance? Are vitamin and meal replacement supplements goy slop? Should we expect more push towards food substitutes? Is this the future?

pretty high iq of you to notice
>be human
> be supplied with every nutrient needed from plants and animals living on/in healthy soils
> take chemical dietary supplements because an advertising campaign told you to
>living on/in healthy soils
brrrt wrong
You aren’t though, our food is like 1/8 or lower in nutrition than our grandfather’s food. The soil is poisoned, the water is poisoned. Kikes have destroyed the earth.
Supplements are a disaster. Put your energy into finding real food that hasn't been compromised.
I’ve been using one as a meal replacement recently waiting for surgery but have thought more recently about the ingredients list reading like a metal identification chart… I agree but am asking the question if it’s possible that with time and tweaking, could we see a move to supplements as a onions green type scenario?
Supplements and food substitutes are two very different things
Sups work, but you do need to be concerned about the source and quality
>spend your energy
You mean your money. Farm foods are more nutritious but you’ll be spending £10-20 per meal which starts adding up fast. Only cheap sources of good nutrition are organ meats and bones for the collagen. You won’t find a single nutritious vegetable at the supermarket. Oysters have been marketed to the hipsters so they are expensive unless you mean to huck like 5 per day on bulk buys. Same thing with a lot of seafood. The cheap stuff has zero nutrition. I wonder if the cod and haddock I see in the supermarket even came from a real fish with how poorly nourishing they are. And tilapia are a nightmare, don’t eat that poison crap
I sometimes wonder if some are marketed as energy and nutrient boosting yet essentially make you have Vegan level energy
No, I'm not wrong, and I have healthy soil, after eight years of bio-dynamics. The reason your soils are so unhealthy is because of "chemical" inputs, force-fed to your plants, instead of "natural" inputs rotting down top feed the soil microbes, which exchange minerals for sugars with the plants.
The biggest issue today, imo , is that soils have basically become heroin junkies. Addicted to chemicals. And just like junkies have dysfunctional families, we have a dysfunctional food chain as a result.
I think they can help in moderation. I don't think daily use is necessary (otherwise intermittent fasting would kill you). But like 1-2 times a week is good and it's not expensive when you cut down dosages like that.
>could we see a move to supplements as a onions green type scenario?
s_ylent green was people user. They were feeding them people.
But yes that's where we are headed I think.
The vast majority of goyim see a picture of food on a container and just assume there is food inside. So, boiled down goys to make the goyslop supplements? I think the burgers already do that with their swine herds.
Fuck. Don't want to go off topic, but the fuckin jews are right about goyim.
It is more expensive short term, but not that much and the benefit is less carbs consumed to get what you need. Fermenting increases the nutritional value of cheap veg, but yes organ meat is key. Supermarket liver is cheaper than the regular meats, but it is an acquired taste.
100% this. Anyone talking about nutrition who isn't talking about soil biology is a liar.
No, if you don’t take whey you are likely out of shape and don’t actually lift. Go try yourself trying to make gains without vs with it. It works folks
What he is referring to is something called the plant health pyramid. This is the foundation of nutrition. The problem with supplements is they are imbalanced. A supplement might be good for one guy and terrible for another and this is aside from the heavy metals from the processing machines that contaminate all supplements. This is the exact same problem plants have when you give them fertilizer, they lose their ability to feed themselves from the soil and you end up with plants drowning in one mineral and deficient in another.
>you end up with plants drowning in one mineral and deficient in another.
You've nailed it Nigel.
Don't see why our bodies would be any different.
Be mindful 5at most of these are
- underdosed in the vitamins and nutrients you seek
- packed with pesticides
We are completely inverse to plants in various ways, we breathe in oxygen plants breathe it out being one, but the underlying mechanisms are the same. People who want to understand their own biology could do a lot worse than starting with plant biology. Plants need bacteria, as do we. I always recommend fermenting to anyone looking to improve their health. Do you have a functioning digestive system, no? Then all the supplements in the world will not fix it.
The similarities far outnumber the differences.
What's good for plants is generally good for people and visa versa
In my bio chem lab we tested a bottle 5mg melatonin pills. Some the range was 0-10mg with the average well below what was stated on the bottle. The professor claimed this was common across the industry, but noted it is also common with caffeine from coffee beans.
Yes and no.
We fucked up our soil and therefor our food is not as nutritional as it used to be. So even if you are eating "healthy" and avoid processed food you are most likely still not getting the full benefits of it like your grandparents for example. There is pretty good argument for taking supplements to cover this loss. SeeStart growing your own food!
The whole supplement business around fitness and lifestyle is mostly scams and even harmful. I train for almost 20 years now and I did the whole bullshit as a young naive guy trying to get big and impress the women. Whey, protein bars, pre workout boosters, testosterone boosters, some obscure herbs...
I stopped buying all this shit years ago and it helped my body tremendously. I think I fucked up my gut flora with all these supps and therefor ruined my overall hormonal balance (read up how important you gut flora and digestive system is for overall health and hormones). I stopped completely taking any of this shit. It took some time to recover but nowadays I feel way better and look better than some of my friends still eating and drinking this garbage. There is a reason why gym toilets are so fucking disgusting. My protein source? Real food, especially eggs. I need some "boost"? I drink an espresso before my workout and I have more energy than my body taking some "Zombie Pump Destroyer Pre Workout" bullshit. I would even claim taking testosterone and libido supps nowadays would have the complete opposite effect on my body.
I would strongly suggest you start with fixing your digestive system. Stop drinking soda and energy drinks, stop taking all these powders, stop eating processed food. Make your own kefir, drink more water, learn how to prepare your own food using healthy ingredients... start repairing your bodies ability to function correctly.
Yes, but it is important to understand the differences. Plants have an external digestive system that can acquire nutrients from miles away, ours is limited to what we put in our mouths.
This is a fact and it applies to all produce. It stems from what Bruce touched upon. You can have the same plants growing in different paradigms and they will have different nutritional profiles. Vigourous soil biology is the only way to produce secondary metabolites in the required quantities.
