Civilization isn't, but the United States and attached Jew run globalist empire is collapsing. China will not fill the vacuum. It's unlikely anything near the same scale will for at least 2 maybe 3 generations. If peak cheap oil is the issue, then yeah, civilization will collapse as MIT predicted by 2040.. Maybe as soon as 2025. I've my doubts humanity could survive that currently. Too many nukes and nuclear facilities would pop. That wouldn't be just a dark ages, that would definitely be the extinction of humans. Better extinct than enslave anyways so it's still a win.
