No way this guy gets pardoned after the relative spoke. Shot him 8 times for missing heroin pellets? She also seems to know exactly how to reach to the parole board by saying he's never written a letter or expressed remorse in 10+ years.
He probably got some training from being in the cartels on how to try to navigate out of prison.
I've seen them release worse though. last Monday they didn't give a fuck and release several killers, including one who never sent a letter and had victims family testify just like this, let him out.
