Why do millenials refuse to work?

Houses have increased 1000% in price while wages haven't increased at all, and in real wages counting inflation have gone backwards in purchasing power. Why would any millennial be enthusiastic about working when the table is so tilted against them?

My grandparents had their house paid off by their 40s and they were immigrants who came from Europe after WW2 with LITERALLY NOTHING and they were factory workers.... literally factory workers, unskilled labor. Their house is now worth over $5+ million dollars My parents had their house paid by their late 40s and they were working class blue collar skilled workers, and now their house is worth $2+ million dollars.

So bottom of the barrel factory worker grandparents, and blue collar skilled working class parents, were all able to have homes paid off in their 40s. If I was to buy a house similar to theirs like they did, I would need a 95th - 99th percentile income. Meanwhile they did it with 10th and 20th percentile incomes.

The ponzi scheme of the western property market has finally priced all but the highest percentile income earners.

Add ontop of this the fact we grew up being told rent money is dead money, and that you MUST own your home, and since for most its completely out of reach, people just dont see the point in working and those who do seem to just do bare minimum.

I'm self employed but I can't imagine working for a large company. People who do that willingly are NPCs. If you have a skill selling it to a business like that is just a waste.

I'm a victim of this. Strange people there used to take me and other kids to back rooms and somehow drug us and then do incomprehensible tests on us. The drugs were some sort of memory wiping drugs. But some kids remember anyway just not 100% clearly.

Millennials were promised a glorious future and all they got was multiple wars, multiple economic crashes, a completely upended social contract, a destroyed family unit, dwindling class mobility and rampant degeneracy the likes of which we've never seen before.

And the average cardboard house was worth 3 years of median salary back in the 70s. Nowaday it's 20 in average. Imagine waging for 20 years straight and saving every single penny out of your salary, never offering even a single potato once, only to get 4 planks of shitty wood and a plastic roof over the head lol. Actually, by the time you saved up all the money, the house probably x5'd in value in the meantime. Looking at the zestimates between 2021-22 is hilarious, with boomers flipping houses every 2 months for +$100K profit, while milenials couples are getting priced out forever.

I recently read an article detailing how boomers owning 4+ houses already are the main purchasers of newly built houses in the country.
