The FBI Seized 11 sets of Documents that were classified, confidential and Top Secret classified the highest rating of secret Documents, including photographs and other related materials.
There were also 3 specific charges under which Trump himself is being investigated by the DOJ. It's important to observe that these charges are.
Violation of the espionage act.
Obstruction of investigations.
And illegal handling and having possession of sensitive Documents that the Government and people of the United States owns.
Then there is this. These three charges don't depend on the documents being classified or not. The charges are specific laws that have been broken with consequences begining with one count of 10 years in a Federal Prison.
